Responsibilities

As a house sitter, you will be part of a team of four individuals, each with specific responsibilities:

1. Landscaping and Property Maintenance

One team member will be responsible for the landscaping and general maintenance of the property. This includes tasks such as mowing the lawn, watering plants, and ensuring the overall appearance of the property is well-maintained. Your attention to detail and green thumb will be vital in keeping the place alive and vibrant.

2. Security and Home Maintenance

Another team member will be in charge of the security of the property. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the home is secure and protected from any potential threats. This includes regular checks of doors and windows, as well as the implementation of any necessary security measures. Your presence will provide peace of mind to the homeowners, knowing that their property is in safe hands.

3. Housekeeping and Shopping

The third team member will be responsible for keeping the inside of the home clean and tidy. This includes regular cleaning, dusting, and organizing of the living spaces. Additionally, you will be responsible for grocery shopping and ensuring that the home is well-stocked with essential supplies. 4. Animal Care

The final team member will have the important task of caring for the animals. This will include feeding, grooming, and providing companionship for four dogs, four cats, three birds, and various fish. Owners' Check-Ups

While the homeowners will be away for the majority of the two-year period, they will return twice a year to conduct check-ups.
