We are currently looking to hire eight dedicated caregivers to provide essential support and care to our elderly residents.

Job Description and Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

• Administering medication and monitoring health conditions as per established care plans.

• Engaging residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Communicating effectively with families and healthcare professionals regarding residents' care and progress.

This position is ideal for individuals who possess empathy, patience, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

Qualifications and Benefits of the Position

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be at least 25 years of age.

• Proven experience in caregiving or a related field.

• Must be a resident of one of the Caribbean nations.
